500 Error In Person Synchronization From CCS/C2M to CX4U (Doc ID 2920069.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, CX Industry Framework

When attempting to Sycn person from CCS
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Problems invoking sender : Internal Server Error, status code (500). Error message: {"code":"cx-utl-11","message":"Error occurred while searching existing person - 0892097491","reason":"Person record not found","referenceError":"","status":""}.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new person in CCS
2. The CX4U sync process in CCS is failed with the above error
