Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When importing records via CSV, the new records are never created and no email is sent with errors.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When importing records using CSV import, the records should be created, an email error should be sent, or an error file should be created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to the affected Business Process (BP)
  3. Try to import a CSV file
  4. Notice that the records are not created, there is no notification email or error file
