ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When importing records via CSV, the new records are never created and no email is sent with errors.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When importing records using CSV import, the records should be created, an email error should be sent, or an error file should be created.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier
- Navigate to the affected Business Process (BP)
- Try to import a CSV file
- Notice that the records are not created, there is no notification email or error file
