When Viewing A Unifier Document With the Unifier Viewer, the Resolution Is Not As Good As Expected (Doc ID 2920344.1)

Symptoms

When opening a Business Process (BP) record attachment or Document Manager files, the OIT (Outside In Technology) file viewer utility is not displaying the text of the document clearly and thus is not readable.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When opening a BP record attachment or viewing attachments in Document Manager, the File Viewer should display them such that the content text is readable.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell where the issue has been reported > BP Log > Business Process > BP1 > Find and open a BP1 record that has attachments > Click on attachment an attachment to open > The File Viewer window opens displaying 3 sections (left to right): Publication version, Actual file content, Comments.
  3. The actual file content is not clear and is difficult to read.
  4. Download the same file that was being viewed with the Unifier Viewer and then open it with a Native application, it is readable and is not blurry.
