Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
-----------------------
Absence duration is calculated as 24 hours instead of 12 hours. The user is assigned a 7 pm to 7 am work schedule.
Schedule Hierarchy Start Point is set to use the Published Schedule. The duration is 12 hours when selecting one day from midnight to 7 am OR 7 pm to midnight.

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------------
The absence plan details' duration is correct.
Absence duration is correct when using the Work Schedule as the Schedule Hierarchy Start Point.

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Publish a schedule, for example, from 7 pm to 7 am the next day
2) Set the Schedule Hierarchy Start Point to Published Schedule in the Absence Type.
3) Request an absence from 7 pm to 7 am the next day
4) The duration calculates as 24 hours instead of 12 hours.
