Symptoms

After 23A update, you are seeing error when publishing a Custom Subject Area (CSA).

Error details:

The custom subject area wasn't published. Contact your help desk. (ZCX-3075113)

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Go to Application Composer > Custom Subject Areas
  2. Create CSA
  3. Publish
  4. After around 5 minutes, you see Error Status.
  5. Check the BI answer after 30 more minutes, the published CSA will show up.
