SR Subtab In Opportunity Shows An Error Whenever Creating An SR From That Subtab (Doc ID 2920461.1)

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Service Request

SR Subtab in Opportunity shows an error whenever creating an SR from that subtab

User created a relationship between Opportunity and Service Request Objects for us to be able to create a "Related Object" type subtab. Now that the subtab is visible from the opportunity record whenever we try to create an SR record from there, after clicking the "Save and Close" button it shows the error (refer to the error codes field in this Oracle SR). It proceeds into creating the SR however the application freezes and it needs to be refreshed or reloaded, going back to the Opportunity record and navigating to the subtab will trigger the same error
