Unable To Add Categories, Collections And Tags on Embed Assets Viewer (Doc ID 2920497.1)

Symptoms

When adding new digital assets through the default OCM assets viewer UI:
(https://sample.cec.ocp.oraclecloud.com/documents/assets),
it displays a sidebar where you can categorize, add tags, and collections to the assets being added.

When you add new digital assets either through the embed assets viewer URL:
(https://sample.cec.ocp.oraclecloud.com/documents/embed/assets)
or the Embed UI API V2
(https://sample.cec.ocp.oraclecloud.com/documents/developer/embedui)
the sidebar is not shown, making it impossible to add categories and other metadata to the asset.
