Unifier Integration User Expiry Duration Gets Reset to 0 (Doc ID 2920790.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The expiry duration Data Element (DE) value for the Integration User occasionally gets changed from its previously set value to 0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expiry duration value should not change.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Unifier, navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > User Administration > Integration Users.
  2. Open the affected integration user.
  3. Note the expiry duration value is incorrectly set to 0.
