Deadlock and integrity constraints error during replenishment induction (Doc ID 2920872.1)

Symptoms

While Users were trying to update the repl_method from constant to Time supply for multiple items but these were not updated for below items in the cloud via batch.

Steps to recreate: 

  1.  Update the REPL_METHOD from C to T via Data Viewer tool.
  2.  Repl_Induction_Int batch sends the changes to cloud.
  3.  But when checked next day changes are not made into system. Repl_method remains C in RMS.
