Create Shipment Group Action Propagates to Unselected Shipments Post Mass Update (Doc ID 2920901.1)

Symptoms

When you use Create Shipment Group action on a shipment the Ship Group will generate to other unselected shipment IDs when a mass update was done with the same value before the Create Shipment Group action.

This issue will occur if number of selected records are 10 or more during mass update.
