Symptoms
Oracle RMS Cloud: 19.3.010 - RIB Error Messages where there is a record locked by another user
RMS RIB Hospital has a number of errors posting a record that is locked by another user.
This was pointing at SOStatus, Receiving, ASNOut, etc:
(1) TSFHEAD table
(2) ITEM_LOC_SOH table
As per the error message.
ERROR

Error from {call RMSSUB_ASNOUT.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)]:[E] Table TSFHEAD with key values of 100002652250, %s3 is locked by another user.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Prevents data being loaded first time and needs manual intervention.
