On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation
When attempting to run FPS,the following warning message is displayed
WARNING

You may still need to run FPS for the prior payment ABC for employee XXX with HMRC Payroll ID NNNNNNNNNNNN
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Full Payment Submission for Tax Year 20XX
