This document describes the detailed steps required to set up dependent value sets at three levels or more for EFF (Extensible FlexFields) attributes? 

You can set up dependent value sets at three levels or more for EFF (Extensible FlexFields) attributes using Value Set Descriptive Flexfields (DFF).

This document covers four levels of dependent Value Sets. For example - The State is to be populated based on the Country selected, and the City should be populated based on the State and Area from the City value set value.
