Symptoms

Employees are New York Employees who received the Health Care Worker Bonus (HWB) for the state of New York (NY) box 16 is not showing this correctly on the employee W2.  It was expected to see the bonus reflected in box 16 on the W2 only.  However, it is currently reflect on both box 1 and box 16.
