Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Collective Agreement changes the existing job with a valid grade with steps to a valid grade with no steps.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the correct grade information

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) My Client Groups > Workforce Structures > Grades > Manage Grades
