Oracle Analytics Client Tool Cannot Connect ADW that Use mTLS Authentication (Doc ID 2921892.1)

Symptoms

 When Admin tool (Oracle Analytics Client Tool) tries to import metadata using new wallet file, it cannot connect Autonomous Database (ADW) with the following error.  

 ORA-29003: SSL transport detected mismatched server certificate.

Changes

Use new wallet described in the following Doc:
ALERT: Action Required for Autonomous Databases (Doc ID 2911553.1)

Reproducible Step:
1. Download a new wallet file from ADW.
2. Unzip the wallet file and  copy cwallet.sso, sqlnet.ora, and tnsnames.ora to  <Developer Client Tool installation folder>\domains\bi\config\fmwconfig\bienv\core folder on client machine.
3. Edit WALLET_LOCATION in sqlnet.ora as following.

4. Start Admin tool and create new database and new connection pool.

5. Import metadata.
   ==> ORA-29003 error occurs.
