Symptoms

Workforce Management - Areas of Responsibility subject area is not returning data when selecting both Employee and Areas of Responsibility Setup filters.

When trying to filter by Employee > Worker > First Name, it retrieves data.
When filtering by Areas of Responsibility Setup > Responsibility Name, it also retrieves data.
When selecting both filters, no data is returned.
