Why am I not getting results when searching for a certain activity? (Doc ID 2922032.1)

Goal

 We have records (request/response) of an activity being created in Oracle Field Service. Nothing is returned when we search by 'Work Order' number using the OFS interface. We are sure that this activity was not deleted.
