Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to enter value for field "User Resolution Request Handling" via Manage customer data management options task
the following error occurs after clicking Save or Save and Close button

ERROR

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #1":
An error occurred while invoking task Manage Customer Data Management Options. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Manage customer data management options task
3. Choose "Allow Processing Without Approval" from LOV of field "User Resolution Request Handling"
4. Click Save
5. Get the above error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set any value for field "User Resolution Request Handling"
