FAW: Deletions In HCM - Performance Managment Subject Area Not Getting Reflected In FAW (Doc ID 2922159.1)

Goal

There were two performance documents for an employee in the Fusion source system due to a change in the department of an employee.  One performance document was deleted in Fusion but this information was not reflected in FAW. 

How are deletes handled in FAW? Do we have any soft delete flag which gets updated?
