Problem Statement:

Master config "Usage Transaction Export Configuration" which is built over BO "D2-UsageTranExportConfig" is having multiple values for the element "buildSummaryOption".
This is stopping the Bill creation. Also, even if the Master config is opened from the front end its showing the same error.
 

Outcome:

ERROR com.splwg.base.support.schema.XMLStoredToXMLHelper There are multiple elements with name buildSummaryOption at /buildSummaryOption/buildSummaryOption com.splwg.shared.common.LoggedException: There are multiple elements with name buildSummaryOption
