Instance Pool Provisioning Fails with Instance Configurations created from Capacity Reservation. You might be following below steps.

1. Create capacity reservation
2. Create an instance from the capacity reservation made from step1
3. Create an instance configuration from the instance made from step2
4. Create an instance pool with the instance configuration made from step3

Step 4 fails. When you check the work requests, you find error message similar to below:
