"The Scheduler client connection was closed" when attempting to manually start Agents.

"The Scheduler client connection was closed."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into portal and launch Primavera Analytics.
2. Manually run an agent - the error is thrown.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users must manually run analysis.
