Creating Contract Detailed Page is not Opening Properly OR it is Blank Page (Doc ID 2922964.1)

Symptoms

For the new setup, when creating contract the Detail Page is not opening properly or it is showing blank.

This issue can be replicated using below steps.

Go to Navigator->Contract Management->Contracts->Actions -> Create Contract.

Observed that page gets hang or blank page is displayed.
