ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When calling the service WSDL URL: https://servername/fscmService/AccountCombinationService?WSDL for 2000 distinct code combinations, the services is taking ~10 mins

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The time taken for this validation should be less.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call the https://servername/fscmService/AccountCombinationService? for a few thousand records
2. The process is taking 10 minutes or more
