Oracle Content Capture Client Authentication - Invalid Server Certificate (Doc ID 2923127.1)

Symptoms

The Capture Client has been installed on a machine.  When attempting to use the Oracle Content Capture Client desktop application to contribute content to OCM, after prompted for a server to authenticate, the OCM server address is entered and clicked OK. An error occurs that states "Invalid Server Certificate. Contact Server Administrator".  How can this be resolved?
