Why are some users defaulting to the previous day instead of the current day in the Calendar? (Doc ID 2923271.1)

Goal

In Configuration > Business Rules, Overnight Work is set to 12 hours since midnight Eastern.

Scenario 1:

User deactivated the route at the end of the shift yesterday but did not log out of Oracle Field Service (OFS) application. This morning, when accessing OFS, the user is presented with yesterday's date.

 

Scenario 2: 

User did not deactivate the route at the end of the shift yesterday. This morning, when accessing OFS, the user is presented with yesterday's date.
