Why do I not get results when I try to move an activity using Assignment Assistant? (Doc ID 2923294.1)

I have an activity in the bucket that is scheduled for today. When trying to move this activity to any field resource using the Assignment Assistant, no Resources are listed in the results even though I have the 'Show all' option turned on.
