Do I need to create the fields in DBaaS after I add the fields to the channel configuration in Oracle Field Service (OFS)? (Doc ID 2923310.1)

Goal

I have configured an integration channel for ADW (Autonomous Data Warehouse) with DBaaS in Oracle Field Service and selected the fields I want to transfer. I don't know if I need to add the fields in the database as well or if these fields will be auto-created with the transfer.
