How do I replace the activity label in Dispatch Console to display symbols instead of the activity name? (Doc ID 2923574.1)

Goal

For the Dispatchers, I would like to display symbols to represent the activities instead of the activity name in Dispatch Console. I think it will be easier for them to quickly identify the activity type.
