Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
P6 Projects are not automatically published when ONLY notebook topics are updated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
P6 Projects should be automatically published when ONLY notebook topics are updated.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable a project for publication.
2. Update only P6 Project Notebook Topics.
3. P6, Administration, Services, Enable Publish Projects is enabled and number of changes is set to zero.
4. P6 Project is not automatically published after notebook topics are updated.
