Symptoms

 When the user tries to add calendar periods to their asset calendar using Manage Asset Calendars or configuration package,
 the following errors are encountered:

The start date of the first period in a fiscal year must be the same as the start date of the fiscal year (FA-645338)
The start and end dates must be withing an existing fiscal year (FA-645235)
The end date of the last period in a fiscal year must be the same as the end date of the fiscal year (FA-645267)
