Why is the on-call shift indicator not being displayed on the Dispatch Console or Manage screen? (Doc ID 2923867.1)

When regular shift and on-call are set for the same period, only the regular shift is displayed in the Dispatch Console and Manage screen. I can still see in the Calendar screen that the resource is on-call but the on-call icon indicator is not displayed on the Dispatch Console or Manage screen.
