Why is the Resource contributing to all Capacity Categories? (Doc ID 2923913.1)

One of our techs has only one Work Skill assigned to him, which will expire tomorrow. When I select the Capacity Area and look at Quota > Available capacity for next days, I see the Resource's name when I export the list of Resources. I don't understand why this Resource is still contributing to quota after his Work Skill is expired.
