FA: SCM: PIM On Manage Item Quantities UI, Item Field Get Cleared When Entering Value in Organization Field But The Search Has Been Done Based on The Cleared Item Name

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
On Manage Item Quantities, when entering value in Item field and then entering value in Organization field, Item field is cleared.
But when clicking on the search button, the search has been done based on the cleared Item name.
Expected Behavior
Item field is not cleared.
OR
The search results should show information of all items in that organization.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Manage Item Quantities UI
- Enter value in Item field. e.g Item_A →Item Description field is defaulted.
- Enter value in Organization field. →Item and Item Description field get cleared.
- Click on Search button. → Search Result shows Item_A information only.
