The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Promote Manager
2. Transaction Fails with below error message

<errorMessage>Client received SOAP Fault from server : JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_RCRD_MSNG: <MESSAGE><NUMBER></NUMBER><TEXT>The record Supervisor doesn't exist.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE></errorMessage>
