Custom Check Box Field Is Not Set When User Click On Deactivate User Account Button For PRM User (Doc ID 2924071.1)

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Partner Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It was written groovy script to set Inactive - custom field in contact object/resource object when any user is deactivated.
When user click on deactivate User account and save the record then Inactive flag is not populated, but if update something in Partner contact manually then it will populate and same script  tried on resource object also but same thing happened.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Custom field -Inactive to be set when user click on Deactivate User Account button for PRM user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Partner

edit partner>partner contact sub tab>open partner contact with partner user

Manage user details >When user click on deactivate User account and save the record then Inactive flag is not populated, but if update something in Partner contact manually then it will populate and same script tried on resource object also, but same thing happened.
