Autocomplete rule for Payroll Mandatory not working.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The purpose of this rule is to check that Payroll is filled and not missed, otherwise an Error should trigger (e.q. during Hire an employee action), but this is not happening.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From under HCM Experience Design Studio, user created an autocomplete rule of 'Object Validation Rule Type' on Assigned Payroll.
2. Testing the rule by going to My Client Groups, Hire an Employee, fill in the template data related to personal, employment related data, assignment , work relationship, contractual details, etc.
3. Without entering the Payroll Details and finally submitting, rule is not getting triggered also after clicking on Submit button.
