When attempting to run the (PAE) Pensions Automatic Enrolment process,
the following error occurs:

You must enter the value of attribute DD/MM/YY HH:MM as on or after the employer's staging date. (HRX-1560860)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User trying to run PAE Update process from: My Client Groups, Quick Action, Payroll, Submit a Flow.
2. Error is thrown.
