FDG Error - Your process failed because of a scheduling error. Contact your help desk. (FND-15)

1) Manage Fiscal Document Generation
2) Actions -> "Send Fiscal Documents to Tax Authority"
3) Business unit
4) Application Short Name "Receivables"
5) From Transaction Number = 1
6) To Transaction Number= 9999999
7) Click on "Submit Request"
