Symptoms

When running Repository Creation Utility (RCU) to create Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Repositories on an Autonomous Database (ADW or ATP), an error occurs when using the short form of the database JDBC URL:

jdbc:oracle:thin:@<DBNAME>_low?TNS_ADMIN=<PATH_TO_WALLET_LOCATION>
