Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: REST API Get Candidate Extra Information is Returning No Results (Doc ID 2924233.1)

Problem:

When REST API is used to Get Candidate Extra Information from a candidate job application, there aren't any results returned.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Candidate applies to a job on the external career site.

2. After the candidate submits the job application, a Recruiting user performs a GET call using RestAPI (/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/recruitingCandidateExtraInformation).

3. The results of the GET call appear as:  Results: { "items": [], "count": 0, }
