Symptoms
Box 12DD - 'W2 Health Coverage' is not showing up on W2 File. Expecting the W2 Health Coverage amount to show up on box 12 with IRS code DD next to it.
STEPS:
-Run payroll and see that the W2 Health Coverage element is calculated.
-Run the Archive End of Year process.
-Run the W-2 Employee Report.
-View the W2 and see that the Health Coverage with the IRS code DD that should have been on box 12 is not there.
