Email Generated By CPQ Doesn't Have Any Text In The Body Of The Email (Doc ID 2925280.1)

Symptoms

When submitting quotes for approval using an email template, the body of the email will appear blank.  When using the BSID of the quote in the email designer's preview button, the following error can be seen in the bm.log


[ERROR] com.bm.xchange.util.XslErrorHandler.fatalError(XslErrorHandler.java:54) - XSL Transformer Exception occurred
javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: java.time.format.DateTimeParseException: Text '2023-03-16 00:00:00 ' could not be parsed, unparsed text found at index 19
