HZ_CONTACT_POINTS
Symptoms
When using the Data Store CrmAnalyticsAM.CrmExtractAM.HzBiccExtractAM.PartyContactPointExtractPVO to extract Contact Point data the field PHONENUMBER is not populated for PHONETYPE MOBILE.
Steps:
1. Navigate to BICC Console [https://<POD URL>/biacm]
2. On the page that opens click the Hammer and Spanner icon situated on the right of the page.
3. Click 'Manage Offerings and Data Stores'.
4. On the page that opens select 'Create Offering' from the Action LOV.
5. On the page that opens enter a value for 'Offering Code' and 'Offering Name'.
6. In the 'Associated Data Store' Filter, enter CrmAnalyticsAM.CrmExtractAM.HzBiccExtractAM.PartyContactPointExtractPVO
7. Select the result and use the '>' to move it to the right panel.
8. Click Save.
9. Click the Clipboard icon and select 'Manage Jobs'.
10. Click the '+' and enter a value in the Name field.
11. In the Offering LOV, select the ofeering created in step B.5.
12. Tick the 'Enabled for Extract' on the returned line and then click Save.
13. Click the Clipboard icon and select 'Manage Job Schedules'.
14. On the page that opens click the '+'.
15. On the page that opens, select the Job created in step B.10 from the Job LOV.
16. Select 'Application Data Extract' from the 'Job Type' LOV.
17. Select UCM from the 'External Storage' LOV.
18. Enter a value in the Name field.
19. Check that value for Recurrence is set to Immediate.
20. Click Save.
21. The job run just created will appear in the Schedules list. Click the 'Refresh' icon till the status changed to SUCCEEDED.
22. Download the generated .zip file from UCM.
23. Open .csv file contained in the .zip file.
24. Observer that Phone Number related columns are NULL for Phone Type MOBILE
