Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank Details are not appearing on Personal Payment Method page when the Edit functionality is used.
All the fields related to the bank area are displayed if the user is trying to create a new bank account but not when editing an existing one.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank account details and fields should appear always.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Me - Pay - Personal Payment Method - Create Bank Account - All fields are displayed;
2. Edit bank account - Fields are not appearing.
