HTML content inside tabs still not loading when Lazy Loading is disabled in JET UI

Symptoms
Disabling the lazy loading setting doesn't work in the JET UI.
Attributes stored in an unopened tab are still not present in the HTML/DOM until you open the specific tab. When setting the tab loading behavior to “All”, the attributes from other tabs should be present in the HTML, without needing to access the tab at least once.
