Fusion Global HR: Search Results Are Not Returning Data Intermittently When Person Is Searched From Global Search

Symptoms
When a person record is searched for the first time from Global Search immediately after login, no results were displayed.
After navigating to Me>Directory>Search for the person, the search results are showing up. After going back to Global Search and then search for any person, the results start appearing.
The issue is happening for few employees and it's inconsistent.
