OCI : Performance Hub - SQL Details Reported Unavailable / Empty (Doc ID 2926252.1)

In OCI Console, navigating to the Database --> Performance Page, the SQL Details does not get loaded for all the parameters under the Source section.

Some of them are reported as Unavailable and some of then as blank.
