Slow Response On Agent listProducts Endpoint (Doc ID 2926329.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new shopping list through agent, typing a product name on the product search input results in significant delay (up to 2 minutes) and occasional timeout exceptions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agent
2. Select Profile
3. Select Shopping List and Create New
4. Enter values for List Name, etc
5. Select Add product by name
6. Enter 3 or more characters into search bar
